RN-G1 The Bodie Bank, Repatriated!

Black on grayish paper tinted with vertical pink lines, which are not mentioned in the Castenholz listing. Immaculate condition save for a slight edge flaw at left. The vignette for this California check is a female figure standing by a depiction of the Rhode Island State Seal.

This check has been back to Bodie! See the additional pictures of my trip to Bodie (a ghost town) where I repatriated this check, and some Bodie mining stock certificates, at the ruins of the Bodie Bank! The original safe survives inside the brick structure (see photos).

Included with this check will be a copy of the Bodie Guide purchased at the site.
