Springer TC26 Third Issue Cigar Stamp (Inspectors Stamp) 100 Cigars, Type I

Type I refers to the larger of the two sizes of Lincoln heads used in the design of the 100-cigar stamps of 1865. Signed by inspector G.W. Tanner (?) and marked August 28 in blue crayon as the date of inspection. Cut to shape, rejoined in two places, small faults.
