A three color printing in gray, black and blue, and one of the finest examples of this check we’ve handled to date.
The company’s name, address, and advertising text appears in negative space, incorporated into an overall gray tint. It is safe to suggest that the stamp was printed on the back to facilitate legibility of the check face (albeit inverted!) despite the fact that the black manuscript inevitably competes with the design.
A marvelous example!
