RN-C1 + R15c The Grocers and Producers Bank

Brown on white paper, very clean appearance. What’s so interesting about this check is that the bank check tax was paid twice: first with an RN-C1 2¢ stamp, and again with an R15c adhesive. An unusual and inexplicably unnecessary overpayment of the bank check tax.

Very light creases are entirely unobtrusive.
