These stamps were applied over the bung hole of beer kegs and were supposed to be punctured when the tap was inserted. That this example has survived in such great condition is truly remarkable.

Nicely healed cut is not immediately noticeable. Two extremely light HRs, crease with trivial holes. Nevertheless the immediate visual appeal of this example is hard to match.
