Black on very delicate, semi-transparent paper. Measures 8 3/4″ x 5 5/8″. Oval handstamp cancel and cancelation punches through signatures and stamp on the front. Another 25¢ stamp is found on the back (R46c) and neither canceled nor punched.
Overall fair condition, faults, with corner separation held together with hinge.
