Black on dark olive/sepia-tinted white paper, with Native American vignette. Promissory note for $51 to be paid in 60 days, bearing an uncanceled 5¢ R24c Certificate stamp. While the stamp paid the correct amount of tax — 5¢ per each $100 or fraction thereof — that the stamp was not canceled was not in accordance to the law.

Small corner creases, vertical creases from the note having been folded at one time are not immediately visible. Overall excellent appearance.
