Folded 11″ x 17″ sheet of thin, delicate paper printed on 3 of the 4 pages. Remarkable condition considering its age and fragility of the paper. The first image in this listing is a montage of the outside cover, inside pages, unprinted back page, and the unused envelope. Flattened creases indicate that the brochure was folded in thirds at one time, perhaps to fit in the accompanying envelope, which is in superb condition.
