Multi-color lithograph by Eckstein & Porr, NYC. The State of Liberty pulls up and out of the pedestal.
Liberty holds a banner reading “Use the best EAGLE round and hexagon pencils in seven degrees of hardness,” and the eagle is illustrated perching on an Eagle No. 2 1/2 pencil.
From the Keegan/American Bank Note Co. album. Backing paper is original to the piece (see back scan). One almost unnoticeable bend in the lower LH corner. Otherwise excellent condition.
