A fabulous advertising cover both front and back. Front is gray on white illustrating an office building located at No. 350 & 352 Pearl Street, and No. 1 & 2 Franklin Square in New York City. Cover text reads in part: “Mail subscribers $5.00 Delivered in New York City & $50 per year.”
The back features a typeset “Maxims for Business Men” in black.
The cover is addressed, but we note that the odd manuscript pen cancelation does not tie and that there is no town mark. Stamp is AVG with tiny pinhole. Here, the joy is in the cover itself which has trivial faults, but otherwise in VF+ condition.
